  CPR Renewal Cost: $32.00 In Our Office or $ 42.00 We Come To You. A BLS Healthcare Provider Workbook and CD is available to purchase for an additional $15.  Otherwise, A DVD is viewed in class and a handout will be given to each participant to take home.

 

Must have 5 participants minimum to have a class.  Please call to verify class date.

All classes must be paid for in advance to secure a class spot. Once registration is submitted, please mail your check or money order no later than 5 days prior to class date to hold your place.  Once mailing the check you will then be  enrolled for the  American Heart Association Two Year Re-Certification CPR/AED Course: Please add an additional $15 to the registration fee if you would like to purchase the BLS Healthcare Provider Workbook and CD.
