Objective
To prepare any professional
self-starter for an entry level position in the dental field where they can
further utilize their training upon graduation.
Program
Description
The dental assistant program
runs for 10 consecutive weeks and includes educational training along with a
large portion of the course being actual hands on training.
After the 10 week training course, each student will be required to do
an externship in local dental offices. You will be supervised and
trained by a Florida licensed dentist.
After the 10-week program and
the student has been formally trained by a Florida licensed dentist, the student will be eligible (at no
additional cost) to sit for the X-Ray and the EFDA State of Florida Certifications.
Our training is designed to
promote the basic, entry level dental assisting skills. After completing
this training program, you can begin a career in the dental
field. Our training program focuses on the dental
assisting skills and procedures you will utilize on a daily basis.
